∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), Master of Commerce (MCom), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Operations, supply chain management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Freight forwarding, Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Place booking to shipping line as per SOP weekly basis and get booking confirmation.
∎ Receive and verify stuffing report along with TR and shipper invoice in weekly basis.
∎ RAC update and update all data of the EBK system in weekly basis.
∎ Prepare excel file for FCR/MBL preparation.
∎ Co-ordinate with other forwarder (NVOCC) for smooth shipment process.
∎ FCR preparation send to shipper and get confirmation from the shipper.
∎ SI and VGM submission.
∎ Send shipment advise to the shipper along with invoice.
∎ Sending Pre-Alert to the Agent/buyer
∎ Surrender OBL to shipping Line/FCR to CRSA system.
∎ EGM submission.
∎ POD release for Ralph Lauren.
∎ Upload Scan docs to the system.
∎ Financial excel file preparation and prepare D/N and C/N on weekly basis.
∎ Checking and update shipment status in EBK system and send the update to the customer accordingly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication skill, self-motivation, MS Office, Basic IT knowledge etc.
Salary: Negotiable
