Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including office supplies management, vendor relations, and facility maintenance
∎ Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
∎ Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information and Day to day follow-up.
∎ Ensure first level HR support to the management in manpower planning, recruiting, on-boarding, career planning, performance appraisal, contract renewal, transfer etc.
∎ Manage office assistant, cleaner, Driver in appropriate manner.
∎ IOU/ Advance Management
∎ Day-to-day administrative support - logistics, transport.
∎ Timely submission of Govt. fees and payment of all bills, rents and keep proper records
∎ Daily working progress reports to the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
