Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Operate Excavator, Roller and Payloader machinery in a safe and efficient way.
∎ Effectively completes excavation and related tasks such as backfilling excavations and breaking concrete or rock using appropriate equipment.
∎ Perform daily safety and maintenance checks of machinery.
∎ Conduct pre-operational checks on excavator and clean, lubricate and refill equipment as scheduled or required.
∎ Ensure all excavator is safely and securely stored.
∎ Participate in routine maintenance of Payloader Machinery.
∎ Practice workplace safety.
∎ Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.

Salary: Negotiable
