∎ B.Sc. / Diploma in Civil from any Recognized Engineering Institutions/University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of BOQ as per design
∎ Estimation and costing of construction materials and construction works.
∎ Prepare of detail quantity estimate Architectural, Structural, Sanitary & Plumbing and finishing items of construction work.
∎ Prepare rate analysis and unit price of Architectural, Structural, Sanitary & Plumbing and finishing items.
∎ Preparation of item specifications.
∎ Coordination with Architects and Structural Engineer to prepare the BOQ.
∎ Only professional Estimator not only Site Engineer.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Experience as professional Estimator.
∎ Should have knowledge in construction works.
∎ Ability to review drawings and use AutoCAD.
∎ Proficient in MS Office, Excel.

Salary: Negotiable
