Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of BOQ as per design
∎ Estimation and costing of construction materials and construction works.
∎ Prepare detail quantity estimate of structural and finishing items.
∎ Prepare rate analysis and unit price of structural and finishing items.
∎ Preparation of item specifications.
∎ Coordination with Architects, Structural Engineer/ Electrical Engineer to prepare the BOQ.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 10 years experience in relevant field.
∎ Should have knowledge in construction works
∎ Ability to review drawings and use AutoCAD.
∎ Proficient in MS Office, Excel.
