Construction cost estimation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Context:
∎ Identify all bid requirements and decide our responses.
∎ Arrange site visit by appreciate professionals and prepare site visit report.
∎ Prepare details estimate considering construction risks.
∎ Any other tasks given by Line Manager for his/her department.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute works by himself/herself or delegate to subordinate, contractors, vendors, outside agencies where appropriate. Monitor progress as per approved work plan maintaining work and quality procedures.
∎ Verify documents and records collected from internal and external sources.
∎ Keep all documents and records up-to-date in a systematic, well protected and easily retrievable manner.
∎ Keep Line Manager informed by routine and ad hoc reports.
∎ Any other activities to fulfill tasks.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 37 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
