∎ At least 8 years experience in estimate, quantity survey, prepare BOQ, Costing & Ana|ysis.
∎ Proficient with MS Office applications like MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowePoint, MS Project &Auto CAD etc.
∎ Able to prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) and then determine the actual cost of a project.
∎ Must have through Knowledge on high quality finishing materials.
∎ Must be dynamic, Strategic thinking and capable to work under pressure.
