Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering from reputed public institution
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to prepare construction budget by studying home plans, updating specifications, identifying and projecting costs for each elevation
∎ Have to complete BOQ of civil works (architectural and structural, electrical, and electro-mechanical, etc.)
∎ Will assist in developing and estimating business processes that should be acceptable at the project level
∎ Maintain quality services by following organizational standards
∎ Responsible for analyzing and estimating construction materials for different projects
∎ Evaluate offers to purchase by changes in costing, additions and requirements of the sites
∎ Review and complete the bid forms and ensure that they are within the given specifications
∎ Carry out any other job as assigned from time to time by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ For B.Sc. at least 3 years and for Diploma 5 years in the related field which should include hands-on experience in BoQ/Estimates/Cost
∎ Analysis/Rate Analysis/Rate Scheduling in real estate or developer or construction companies.
∎ The applicants should have experience in civil engineering and construction cost estimations
∎ Should have experience in construction companies, developers and real estate projects
∎ Candidates with experience in implementing govt. projects will be considered as an additional expertise
∎ Should have strong leadership capacity and efficiency in teambuilding
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills, excellent team player, coordination and proactive attitude are essential
∎ Clear perception about construction materials/works is imperative
