Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Knowledge about details estimation & preparation of BOQ.
∎ Detail drawing knowledge (Auto CAD & Other related software).
∎ Specific & clear knowledge about all type of construction materials.
∎ Competitive material price knowledge.
∎ Knowledge on cost effective alternative material prices & sources.
∎ Ability to prepare Budget & BOQ with analysis the detail engineering work, costing & schedule.
∎ Ability to performing job independently and willing to work in a team environment.
∎ Clear knowledge about BOQ and ERP's.
∎ Knowledge about details estimation & preparation of BOQ.
