∎ Skills Required: Estimating, quantity surveyor

∎ 4 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Civil Construction, Experience Real Estate field will be preference

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an Estimator for (Railway Station Iconic Building) Dohazari-Cox`s Bazar Railway Project. This is an unique Railway Station Building called Iconic Building first time in South Asia.
∎ And Those who are not experienced as Estimator in " Construction field" or "Real State construction filed" need not to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare bill of material (BOM) of the whole project.
∎ To prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) and then determine the actual cost of a project.
∎ To program IPC for both client and contractor end.
∎ Gathering latest market price/ PWD rate and then prepare bunch mark price for material, equipment & labor cost.
∎ Tracking & distinguish actual cost vs actual work done.
∎ Value tracking material consumption vs total project material.
∎ Should be familiar with HVAC, Electrical, PAS, BMS, Plumbing Estimation.
∎

∎ Age 27 to 35 years
