Job Context:
∎ Department: Civil & Renovation
∎ Location: All over Bangladesh
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Detail working knowledge of construction project management with planning, budgeting, organizing, monitoring and controlling.
∎ Sound knowledge and capabilities of delivering structural design and BoQ of high-raised building for foundation, superstructure & finishing work.
∎ Capable for preparing tender proposals for delivering construction projects.
∎ Prepares plans and specifications for small remodeling, alteration and construction projects and supervises minor construction or building alteration projects accordingly.
∎ Coordinates and assists in coordinating building maintenance activities with other departments, divisions and sections and keeps associated records and prepares reports.
∎ Inspects buildings for safety hazards, maintenance needs and disability access requirements etc. and develop objectives, policies, procedures and work standards.
∎ Participates in the selection, training, motivation and monitoring employee performance objectives and evaluation of staff.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Five to ten years of experience for the above-mentioned roles and responsibilities.
∎ Software skills:
∎ Detailed working knowledge of AutoCAD, E-tab & STAAD Pro etc.
∎ Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint etc.
∎ Familiar with 3D max, REVIT, Sketch up, Photoshop, illustrators etc.
