Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage Telstar´s local Engineering Team, currently highly qualified in Pharmaceutical Design using 3D modelling tools, Keep the Engineering team at the highest level of quality, technical knowledge and trained in the use of the latest design tools keeping it at the highest technical level.
∎ Supported from Telstar Headquarter, participate with the local Engineering team in International Design and Construction projects for Pharmaceutical Plants.
∎ Collaborate in the realization of engineering and construction bids and technically support the sales process.
∎ Guarantee that engineering projects are delivered on time within the Telstar´s quality
∎ Enforce the corporate guidelines and policies of Azbil Telstar and ensuring his team remains committed to Telstar's values: Honesty and Openness, Customer First, Strive for excellence, Constant learning, Enjoy teamwork
∎ Guarantee teamwork and alignment of objectives with other departments as well as with the engineering departments of other countries.
∎ Prepare and meet the annual budget for Engineering Department
∎ Head of quality in the Engineering area.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Females/Males are most welcome.
∎ Fluency in English in both speaking and writing is a must.
∎ Willing to travel some times over the Country and International Trips.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
