∎ NESL now invites applications from competent candidates for the post of Engineering and Commissioning Manager for employment with our prospective clients working in oil and gas.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design engineering and commissioning of mechanical equipment including piping systems for brownfield projects and facilities modification under Facilities Engineering Department. The responsibilities are, specifically, described below but not limited to:
∎ Manage engineering design including design assurance review, ensure adherence of project specifications with company and industry standards.
∎ Review and approve all procurement package, evaluation of bids including TQ resolution.
∎ Serve as “point-of-contact” for project mechanical engineering matter for field operations and 3rd party contractors.
∎ Manage the interface between engineering & construction to ensure execution of contractor SOWs safely and as per design.
∎ Manage commissioning and start-up of process equipment by utilizing system completion tools including performance validation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ 15 Years minimum experience in fixed equipment and piping engineering in Oil and Gas Industry.
∎ Working proficiency in ASME codes and standards (ASME Section VIII Div 2, ASME B31.3 , ASME B31.4, ASME B31.8).
∎ Experience of managing project construction and commissioning activities.
∎ Previous experience in Company Engineering Standards and interpretation with applicable. Industry Codes and Standards.
∎ Previous in country (e.g. Bangladesh) experience is plus.
∎ Fixed Equipment and Piping Engineering
∎ Project Management
∎ Professional Engineering License/Certification is plus

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Dominant work schedule will be 28 days on / 28 days off basis. May have to travel to field locations and should be flexible on other work schedule requirements (with prior notification from Company).
