Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering
∎ Skills Required: AutoCAD, Expertise on Ms Office
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct the toolbox meeting & arrange shift manpower as per day to day breakdowns.
∎ Attend the regular breakdowns & provide guidance to the technicians & report to HOD.
∎ Maintain the log book & ensure safety harness for the manpower.
∎ Prepare the spares required for smooth operation & maintain minimum safety stock.
∎ Need to conduct training monthly to improve the skill of manpower.
∎ Prepare the monthly breakdowns report & analyze the root causes of breakdowns.
∎ Prepare monthly performance report of Maintenance.
∎ Conduct training for the installation of new bearing, gear, belts & pulleys etc.
∎ Prepare the P&ID diagram for all the utility connection.
∎ Prepare list of Oil and Grease.
∎ Have to follow food safety.
∎ Have to follow factory safety policy.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge about Preventive maintenance
∎ Capable of Hazard Identification & Risk Analysis.
