Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and organize material flow, production, quality, maintenance according to the requirement.
∎ Management of manufacturing operation, assembly and coordinate with material flow.
∎ Monitor press, welding, painting & assembly consumables and instruments & identify and implement cost saving opportunities.
∎ Preparation of process standard and operation standard and maintain the documentation.
∎ Implementation & Maintenance of TPM & TQM to the floor level.
∎ Train new employees on inspection and repair procedure with operation standard.
∎ Prepare daily quality report & submit to Line manager at the Right time.
∎ Ensuring that staff comply with health, safety and standard operating procedures.
∎ Ensuring compliance to quality standards and maintaining all related documents.
∎ Prepare reports and presentation for the monthly coordination meeting.
∎ Follow SOP & standards for production and complete any other related task assigned by the supervisor.
