Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Repair gearboxes, drive couplings, chain drives, and belt drives.
∎ Troubleshoot and repair pumps, centrifugal, piston, rotary and other positive displacement pumps
∎ Analyze mechanical and operational problems on assigned equipment
∎ Take corrective action, make necessary corrections and running adjustments to maintain maximum production and quality
∎ Maintain a safe work environment
∎ Complete tasks timely and work orders with appropriate documentation according to standard operating procedures, guidelines and policies
∎ Troubleshoot and repair facility machinery
∎ Maintain strong work ethic, dependability and a high level of dedication to safety
∎ Train subordinates and team members to make more skilled in assigned task
∎ Any other works assigned by the higher management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Ability of hazards identification and risk management.
∎ Positive approach to critical situation handling.
∎ Technical know how.
∎ Employee management skill.
∎ Sound interpersonal skill.
∎ Candidate having experiences as Engineer/Sr.Engineer(Mechanical) in production plant of commodity products i.e, Vegetable oil/Edible Oil,Solvent plant,Flour/Rice mills etc. are encouraged to apply.
