Job Responsibilities:
∎ Breakdown control - to minimize downtime of all equipment
∎ Preventive maintenance - to keep equipment in fit shape and avoiding unnecessary damage due to worn parts
∎ Down time report - to keep track of downtime, analysis and recording
∎ People management - motivate, guide, aid and control people to achieve healthy working environment
∎ Spare parts control - keep spare inventory for all equipment, purchasing and sourcing spare parts
∎ Efficiency and improvement - to improve process efficiency, reducing workforce, process time and ensuring safety
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Areas included in job function - knowledge about mechanical and electrical engineering, machine troubleshooting, decision making, procurement
∎ Key requirements - management skill, planning, communication, follow-up
∎ Advanced thinking about spare or consumable items procurement or getting service from suppliers within minimal possible time.
∎ Actively work and follow up on team mates and suppliers to get the right items and reducing lead time.
∎ Solving critical problems faced by SAE/Supervisor and Technicians to get the job done.
