Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Acquire process knowledge through studying manual and discuss with senior.
∎ Understand process and instrumentation diagram (P & ID) & single line diagram.
∎ Check all the electrical parameters of the respective area of SMS at the beginning of the shift for smooth working of the plant and take corrective action if any deviation found.
∎ Check the shift log book of the previous shift and assign the pending job to shift personnel and ensure that the jobs are completed within time.
∎ Attend electrical breakdown in the shift on priority basis and submit analysis report.
∎ Assign job to shift personnel and follow up and ensure that jobs are completed in the shift if not completed then mention it in log book for the next shift to complete the job.
∎ Ensure that Preventive maintenance is done as per schedule decided. Discussion with shift personnel about the performance and productivity of machines.
∎ Give feedback to area in-charge about the condition of the equipment’s so that maintenance activities can be planned accordingly in the general shift.
∎ Follow up safety related tasks like PPE (Personal protective Equipment), Work permit, ensuring safe environment, safety talk at the beginning of the shift.
∎ Participate in the schedule maintenance activities.
∎ Any other job assigned by senior Help to the Engineer to solve the different machine related problem
∎ Attend electrical breakdown in the shift on priority basis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good knowledge about ABB ACS 880 VFD
∎ Good command on PLC base system
∎ Hand on experience on SMS & Rolling Mill Electrical maintenance
