Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering/ Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain electrical troubleshooting and repairing around the plant
∎ Maintain all automation throughout the facility (electrical circuits of 440VAC or less)
∎ Troubleshoot and repair high voltage lighting, variable frequency drive (VFD) and alternate current / direct current (AC/DC) systems
∎ Maintain and follow ladder logic
∎ Troubleshoot and repair Programmable Logic Control (PLC).
∎ Check output on DC controllers and replace printed circuit boards when needed
∎ Troubleshoot, locate, test, identify, or diagnose electrical malfunction and then adjust, repair, or replace
∎ Calibrate and troubleshoot process instrumentation
∎ Assigning IP addresses to new equipment
∎ Inspect for conformity to industry standards or specifications
∎ Rebuild, repair and replace damaged, defective, or worn parts
∎ Maintain a clean and orderly work area and remove material and equipment from job site
∎ Troubleshoot and repair AC motor starter circuits
∎ Any other works assigned by higher management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Ability of hazards identification and risk management.
∎ Positive approach to critical situation handling.
∎ Technical know how.
∎ Employee management skill.
∎ Sound interpersonal skill.
∎ Candidate having experience as shift in charge in production plant of commodity products i.e, Vegetable oil/Edible Oil,Solvent plant,Flour/Rice mills etc. are encouraged to apply.
