Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform test according to test specifications, test plan of smartphone operating system. Report bugs in Web RTC system
∎ Set testing schedule of test case and plan test case execution according to project requirements
∎ Audio Testing to find out audio bugs and improve call quality in smartphone software
∎ Bug reports, reproduce and verify, analyze and track the bugs in Bug tracking tools, keep efficient communications with other tester and development engineers to solve found bugs
∎ Execute Field Test cases, prepare Field Test reports. Summarize Field Test bugs, update FT working process and plan
∎ Based on requirements, write or update test case and schedules for test projects, develop automatic test methods and scripts if necessary
∎ Quick response for market feedback issues, test and verify the issue to the customers, push the issues being fixed on time to developer
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 28 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ High interest in Mobile Phone, Apps, software Testing. (Experience with various mobile applications/game testing for iOS, Android, or windows in priority)
∎ Knowledge about Black box testing, android platform. Troubleshooting skill, strong logic thinking.
∎ Positive attitude regarding test case execution, patience & passion about SQA is MUST.
∎ Knows Communication Theories and Standards well. Knows well about mobile communication, has a good sense of network problem judgement.
∎ Knows operator's protocol, codecs, bands such as GSM, WCDMA, LTE,5G etc. also knows how to test speed test on various network.
∎ Knows 3GPP protocol, knows testing standards for GSM, WCDMA, HSPA, TDD/FDD, LTE.
∎ Good at communication with developer in English, describe the problems on time and clearly in the system.
∎ Travel according to supervisor arrangement, in or out of home country.
∎ It will be in a higher priority if you have FT or audio testing experience.
∎ Dress Code: As per company policy
∎ Facial grooming: clean shaved or trimmed beard
