Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Chemical TechnicalEngineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry, Applied Chemictry
∎ Bachelor/Masters in Engineering having relevant experience.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Application analysis of different kinds of Adhesives and glue application like hot melt glue, solvent-based adhesives, water-based adhesives, pressure sensitive adhesives, PU adhesives book-binding adhesives etc.
∎ Operations of different adhesives application process in packaging, lather, furniture, glass, shoe etc.
∎ Formulation of different adhesives and manufacturing.
∎ New project and product line development.
∎ TDS analysis.
∎ Market requirement understanding and development of product accordingly.
∎ Development database preparation.
∎ BOM declaration.
∎ Assist supply chain team in sourcing, procurement and development.
∎ Provide support to customer service team.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Strong analytical ability.
∎ Strong communication skills.
∎ Fluent in English and Bangla
∎ Sincerity & Responsibility.
∎ Honesty & Integrity.
∎ Fast acting for Problem Solving.

Salary: Negotiable
