∎ B.Sc in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of basic design of HVAC and Clean room.
∎ Preparation of BOQ of HVAC and clean room.
∎ Estimating project cost.
∎ Preparation of tender documents and offer/quotation for project.
∎ Technical evaluation of offer from vendors.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Project Management, Construction Management, Procurement Management.
∎ The Applicants should have skill on Microsoft Office application (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Projects), AutoCAD-2012.
∎ The applicants having experience with Pharmaceuticals Industries will be given preference.
∎ Coordination with clients.
∎ Coordination with Sub-contractor/ Suppliers.
∎ Fluency in English in both speaking and writing is a must.
∎ Assist Design Department for Design Projects.
