∎ Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering.
∎ 5–8 years of proven experience in quality control and quality assurance in construction, focusing on concrete and welding joints.
∎ Proficient in concrete design mix preparation and trial mix procedures.
∎ Strong knowledge of testing methods, construction material standards, and relevant equipment.
∎ Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Concrete Testing & Quality Assurance:Conduct quality checks and tests for concrete, including design mix, trial mix, and standard deviation analysis.
∎ Oversee and ensure compliance with established concrete quality standards.
∎ Welding Joint Inspection:Evaluate and ensure the quality of welding joints through various testing methods.
∎ Testing & Equipment Usage:Perform different types of material tests and operate testing equipment efficiently.
∎ Conduct periodic testing of construction materials to ensure adherence to standards.
∎ Documentation & Troubleshooting:Prepare detailed method statements and ensure their implementation.
∎ Address and resolve technical issues effectively on-site.
∎ Shift Flexibility:Capable of working during both day and night shifts as required.
