Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering. for 10 yrs
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed university 6yrs

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable to handle solely any individual project.
∎ Should have complete knowledge on building construction (pile - finishing).
∎ Expertize to handle labor contractor etc.
∎ Have the knowledge on contract management.
∎ Should have knowledge on cost analysis, BOQ, and billing etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Should be self-motivated, dynamic leadership, negotiation, customer relationship and planning/budgeting competency, energetic & capable to work under pressure.
∎ Must have experience in larger project.
∎ Sound Knowledge on civil design and Bangladesh National Building Code.
∎ Have expertise in estimation and requisition preparation.
∎ Good communication skill and fluent in English.
