Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable to plan individually any residential & commercial building.
∎ Knowledge on FAR calculation as well as all RAJUK/Authority rules.
∎ Expert on 2D & 3D AutoCAD.
∎ Shall have the skill on 3D on Google sketch-up, Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel, Lumion, V-Ray etc.
∎ Should have the knowledge on engineering materials.
∎ Interior design expertise shall be adventure to the candidature.

Salary: Negotiable
