∎ ACI Motors has established an assembling and manufacturing plant and looking forward to produce Yamaha motorcycles in Bangladesh. ACI Motors is looking for a technical person who is willing to build his career in automobile industry. This position will directly work with Yamaha factory manager and assist him in factory planning, ensure co-ordination between Yamaha factory and head office and ensure mechanical maintenance in Yamaha factory
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing maintenance schedule, spare parts list & check lists for every processes and mercenaries.
∎ Ensuring equipment maintenance, reducing break down possibilities and fixing counter measures.
∎ Take immediate actions in a breakdown situation.
∎ Ensuring maximum efficiency from mercenaries and people with proper planning.
∎ Calculating overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and analyzing for improvement measures.
∎ Ensuring proper coordination between factory team and head office.
∎ Collection and monitoring data, preparing scheduled reports and presentations for decision making.

∎ Sound planning and organizing skills.
∎ Strong presentation and IT skills.
∎ Strong communication skill with positive mind-set, adaptability & flexibility.
∎ Interest to grow career in automobile industry.
