Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemical Engineering
∎ At least B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from Reputed Public University
∎ At least Minimum 2 – 3 years experience in an oil refinery or chemical manufacturing company
∎ Skills Required: AutoCAD, MS Office
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Fuel/Petroleum, Chemical Industries
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Isometric Study and drawing
∎ Plant Layout Check
∎ Collecting, Storing, and Reviewing all documents related to the rotating equipment
∎ Pipeline hydraulics and stress analysis
∎ Pipeline construction and work execution supervision
∎ Design, fabrication, and modification of vessels and exchangers
∎ Preparing Datasheets for Static and Rotating Equipment
∎ Risk-based inspection.
∎ Studying the codes, standards & international practices and monitoring its implementation
∎ Communicating with the vendors/manufacturer regarding the operation, revamping, and maintenance of equipment
∎ Installation, Commissioning, and Operation procedure and manual study and preparation
∎ Manage all required Documentation
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proficiency in Simulation Software (HYSIS, HTRI, etc), AutoCAD, Solid-works, and MS Office
∎ Knowledge of national and international codes and standards for process plant design.
∎ Knowledge on Process Plant Erection and Commissioning
∎ Knowledge of HAZOP Analysis
∎ Strong people management abilities with superior communication skills, both written and verbal
∎ Critical thinker, with excellent analytic abilities
∎ High sense of urgency and good attention to detail
