Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemical Engineering
∎ At least B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from Reputed Public University
∎ At least Minimum 2 – 3 years experience in an oil refinery or chemical manufacturing company
∎ Skills Required: AutoCAD, MS Office
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
IT Saftware, Simulation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Chemical Industries, Fuel/Petroleum
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collecting, Storing, and Reviewing all documents related to the project
∎ PFD, PID, and Material & Energy Balance Study
∎ Simulation/Design Software run for Material and Energy Balance and Equipment Capacity Study
∎ PID walk down and match marking of the plant before dismantling
∎ 3D modeling of the plant
∎ Preparing project schedule and monitoring the progress according to it
∎ Communicating with the vendors/manufacturer regarding the Design, Operation, and Revamping of the Units
∎ Communicating with the Engineering company and Licensors of the Units
∎ Operation and design datasheet review and preparation
∎ Emergency operation planning and HAZOP Study
∎ Manage Documentation
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proficiency in Simulation Software (HYSIS, HTRI, etc), AutoCAD, Solid-works, and MS Office
∎ Knowledge of national and international codes and standards for process plant design.
∎ Knowledge of Process Plant Erection and Commissioning
∎ Knowledge of HAZOP Analysis
∎ Strong people management abilities with superior communication skills, both written and verbal
∎ Critical thinker, with excellent analytic abilities
∎ High sense of urgency and good attention to detail
