Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installing and commissioning new links.
∎ Attending clients’ sites (Home/Business) to resolve issues.
∎ Coordinating with Fiber Optic Network team.
∎ Site Survey, Installation, Maintenance & Troubleshooting.
∎ Troubleshooting of networking devices.
∎ Maintaining detailed records of each job.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Sound knowledge of ArcGIS, Google Earth, Visio, and AutoCAD.
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills in both Bengali and English.
∎ Excellent negotiation and people management skills.
∎ Ability to act independently in critical situations.
∎ Team player and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Advance knowledge of MS Office especially MS Excel.
∎ Applicants having experience in ISP/Telecommunication industry will be given preference
∎ Willing to work outside the office as required.

Salary: Negotiable
