∎ Practical knowledge in handling boilers, compressors, chillers, and packaging machines will be an added advantage.
∎ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and in shifts.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure uninterrupted operation of mechanical and electrical equipment at the production plant.
∎ Perform regular maintenance, inspection, and servicing of machinery.
∎ Troubleshoot and repair mechanical/electrical faults to minimize downtime.
∎ Maintain documentation for maintenance and machine history records.
∎ Coordinate with the production and quality control teams to ensure operational efficiency.
∎ Monitor energy consumption and suggest ways to optimize usage.
∎ Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
∎ Assist in new machinery installation, commissioning, and up-gradation projects.
