Responsibilities & Context:
Perform mechanical maintenance to ensure plant equipment reliability, availability, and optimal performance across the production floor.
Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime and support continuous FMCG manufacturing operations.
Support the implementation of predictive maintenance and digital twin initiatives, including sensor integration, condition monitoring, and maintenance data management.
Monitor equipment health, vibration, and condition data to identify potential failures early and improve maintenance effectiveness.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to investigate recurring equipment failures and implement sustainable corrective actions.
Maintain and update CMMS records, including work orders, maintenance history, spare parts consumption, and asset information to support data-driven maintenance planning.
Coordinate with production, procurement, and stores teams to ensure timely maintenance execution, adequate spare parts availability, and efficient shutdown/turnaround activities.
Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, LOTO, and all applicable safety standards; supervise maintenance technicians, maintain technical documentation, and prepare maintenance performance reports for management review.
