∎ We are looking for committed & performance driven candidates in our Factories in the following position:
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Major jobs and responsibilities include but not limited to: -
∎ Maintain required stock of spare parts to avoid any production failures.
∎ Motivate all members related to machine operation & maintenance so that they can contribute for presentation.
∎ To ensure that all machines are in good condition in the lines.
∎ Check and clean all the machines at the time of departure.
∎ To ensure that all machines have required machine oils.
∎ To repair machines in the shortest possible time, in case of any break down of machines during production.
∎ Coach and monitor team members to comply safety regulations.
∎ Direct and/or perform maintenance & repairs on equipment.
∎ Assist and train to mechanical employees.
∎ Evaluate, monitor, and coach personnel supervised.
∎ Manage the workforce assigned daily.
∎ Monitor all activities regularly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Readymix Concrete, Aggregates, Asphalt & Cement Etc.
∎ Should have proven experience in the related field.
∎ Should be honest and hard working
∎ Willing to work under pressure & extensive working hours.
∎ Good command in Bengali and English.
∎ Should have good knowledge on Microsoft Word, Excel and internet.
