Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Engineering (MEngg) in Mechanical Engineering, Diploma in Mechanical in Mechanical Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor preventive/predictive/reliable maintenance schedule of mechanical equipment in the plant.
∎ Ensure effective maintenance of mechanical equipment through regular monitoring of maintenance activities.
∎ Monitor performance against targets set for mechanical maintenance metrics with required cost consumption.
∎ Prepare a schedule for any shut-down required for the preventive maintenance of mechanical equipment.
∎ Achieve mechanical breakdown target as per plan.
∎ Support process and technical improvement and up-gradation as required.
∎ Ensure Cost Control of maintenance equipment to ensure that budget adherence within the target limit.
∎ Identifying potential safety issues through hazard identifications and addresses improvement areas and take preventive measures to reduce safety risk pertaining to the legal provision.
∎ Coordinate with Production, SCM, and Inventory from time to time.
