Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical or Electrical

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Operation & Maintenance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Pharmaceuticals

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure smooth operation of plant machinery.
∎ Attain sudden break down of any machinery at plant.
∎ Carry out planned preventive Maintenance schedule of Plant Machinery.
∎ Plan, organize and execute all activities which are necessary for yearly overhauling of the plant.
∎ Check the machine condition of ETP as per SOP and fill up machine inspection sheet.
∎ Maintain shift information register and hand over the shift responsibility to the next shift supervisor.
∎ Actively involved in system development of repairing / modification / maintenance work of machinery & others.
∎ Proper indent for repairing / maintenance / modification related items.
∎ Round the factory time to time and find out the maintenance job and execute it on priority basis.
∎ Preparation of relevant documents and prepare daily and monthly activities statement.
∎ Placing all kind of maintenance spare parts, project works and inventory time to time.
∎ Maintain safety in all aspect.
∎ Maintenance request form data entry and execute all sorts of schedule of maintenance job.
∎ Up keeping of utility pipeline and machinery.
∎ Maintain all machine history books and daily maintenance list making.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Must be pro-active, self motivated.
∎ Creative and excellent job knowledge.
∎ Good knowledge on Computer literacy.
∎ Very good leadership quality.
∎ Very good in team work.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must stay at factory premises or near factory/plant.

Salary: Negotiable
