Experience:

• 5–10 years of practical experience in construction/building construction is required.

• 1-3 years of practical experience in construction/building construction is required.

• Experience in construction project management and site supervision is required.

Additional Requirements:

• Must have strong knowledge of construction planning, execution, and supervision.

• Must possess good leadership, team management, and coordination skills.

• Must have strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Must be proficient in computer operations.

• Must know how to ride a motorcycle.

• Must be willing to visit construction sites as required.

• Must be honest, responsible, hardworking, and capable of working under pressure.

• Manage and supervise overall construction activities for building construction projects.

• Ensure construction work is completed according to approved drawings, designs, specifications, and project timelines.

• Monitor construction quality, work progress, and site activities.

• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, contractors, workers, and other relevant stakeholders.

• Monitor the use of construction materials, project costs, and wastage.

• Ensure compliance with construction safety standards and company policies.

• Prepare regular progress reports and submit updates to the management.

• Identify construction-related issues and take necessary steps to resolve them.
