Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the Factory Operational work of Mobile Factory
∎ Managing Factory operation team & Conducting Training
∎ Integrated Planning of operational efficiency and collaboration
∎ Management with technology partners (Both equipment's and ODM of Mobile).
∎ Complete handling of new SMT plant project with planning, design and sourcing.
∎ Designing and streamlining the operational activities with business challenges and limited resource.
∎ Track record devising, evaluating, and implementing continuous process improvements to minimize waste and reduce costs while maximizing quality and yield.
∎ Maintain contact with relevant Govt. offices and vendors, visit and solve related issues with various Govt. and private agencies on an on-going basis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ An in-depth knowledge of general administration services of the factory is required.
∎ Build ownership on the Company, self-driven, self-motivated.
Salary: Negotiable
