Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years’ experience as a professional estimator in Real Estate sector.
∎ MS Office(Excel/Word/Power Point), Auto CAD .
∎ Minimum 5 years’ experience as a professional estimator in Real Estate sector.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Sound Knowledge of Analysis, Estimations, BOQs (Civil, Electrical, Plumbing) Gantt chart and budgets for building construction and interior projects.
∎ Prepare comparative statements, rate analysis and verified BOQ & BOM for all projects.
∎ Coordination with architectural and engineering team, and project engineer for efficient making of BOQ and Estimation.
∎ Prepare, checking and submitting running and final bill, along with monthly work programs and progress reports.
∎ Analyze blueprints and other documents to prepare schedule of civil works.
∎ Ample experience to prepare BOQ & Estimate.
∎ Sound Knowledge of construction and finishing materials.
∎ Preparation of expenditure statements and other necessary documents at regular intervals during the construction works.
∎ Analyze the expenditure on construction materials to track the actual costs of project.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by Top Management.
