Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Designing electrical and instrument system of all electrical components for Residential Buildings, Commercial Building, Sub-Station & others according to architectural design.
∎ To prepare the detailed estimation and BOQ of Electro-mechanical works as per PWD schedule of rates-2022 and present market rate.
∎ To prepare detailed electrical drawings including lift, pumps, HVAC and power generator.
∎ Design of smoke detector, fire alarm, and fire -fighting system (in coordination with architectural drawings).

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 04 years relevant experience.
∎ Experience in electrical design-drawing, estimation & BOQ of residential, commercial buildings, substations & others (preferable in real estate sector).
∎ Familiar with BNBC and other related rules and regulations
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
∎ In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current issues
∎ Candidates with previous experience in design consulting firm will be given preference
