Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Designing plumbing and sanitary system of all components for Residential Buildings & Commercial Building.
∎ To prepare the detailed estimation and BOQ of water supply & drainage works as per PWD schedule of rates-2022 and present market rate.
∎ To prepare detailed water supply & drainage drawings including water supply & drainage plan showing drains & R.C/PVC pipe lines.
∎ Sewerage system details (hooking the proposed system with the existing system in the site).
∎ Layout & details of inspection pit, soak-pit/soak-well & septic tank.
∎ Rain water harvesting system (if required)
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 04 (Four) Years relevant experience.
∎ Experience in (plumbing & sanitary) & BOQ of residential, commercial buildings, substations & others.
∎ Familiar with BNBC and other related rules and regulations related to water supply and drainage.
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
∎ In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current issues
∎ Candidates with previous experience in design consulting firm will be given preference
