Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To Supervise and ensure proper implementation of all development repair and maintenance works replied to the Electrical Engineer.
∎ To supervise and ensure proper functioning of the Water Treatment Plant and Generator, including oil, mobil, filter checking, reading checks, and maintaining the service schedule. Also includes maintenance of the transformer (oil and silica checking), plumbing, and water supply.
∎ To maintain liaison with PDB authority to ensure uninterrupted electricity and check fills for correctness.
∎ To supervise and maintain all air conditioners in every section and ensure regular servicing as per schedule.
∎ To maintain liaison with WASA, Karnafuli Gas Transmission Authority, and BTCL to ensure uninterrupted and proper services.
∎ Any other jobs assigned by the management as and when required.
