Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical Electronic Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure all Electrical equipment is operational and maintenances as per the standards.
∎ Manage, Monitor, and ensure efficient and exceptional execution of preventive maintenance.
∎ Maintain all breakdown & maintenance records according to the standards.
∎ Inspect Electrical systems, equipment and components to identity hazards, risks and the need for adjustment or repair.
∎ Maintain safe, healthy and clean work environment according to the requirement of food safety certifications & OSHAS.
∎ Plan, organize, and participate in implementing equipment upgrades as part of energy cost optimization & overall cost reduction.
∎ Prepare the list of critical spare parts & maintain minimum safety stock.
∎ Communicate with machine manufacturers in case of undetected & unsolvable breakdowns.
∎ Conduct training & evaluate manpower for creating a self-managed team.
∎ Manage plant electrical maintenance of all machine.
∎ Have to follow factory safety policy.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Knowledge about PLC programming.
∎ Electrical control circuit drawing design & troubleshooting.
∎ Industrial Electrical Automation & Instrumentation related equipment troubleshooting (PLC, HMI, VFD, Drive, I/O device, Sensor, Encoder, Actuator, Servo motor, Stepper motor, Control valve, Controller etc.).
∎ Sound working knowledge in Siemens software (Simatic manager, TIA Portal, Starter).
∎ Understand Profibus, Profinet & Ethernet communication system.
