Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering or
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from reputed university will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 11 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Checking and verifying project request for civil engineering works with technical report.
∎ Prepare BOQ as per design and collect techno-commercial offers from multiple civil vendors.
∎ Evaluate collected offers, prepare comparative statements (CS) of civil works based on technical specifications and help in vendor evaluation and selection.
∎ Conduct commercial negotiation with vendors.
∎ Prepare budget and work orders for planned civil works.
∎ Ensure construction, operation and maintenance activities at project site, ensure smooth execution of project and ensure smooth remedy of civil issues.
∎ Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specification.
∎ Ensure vendors bill verification.
∎ Ensure smooth co-ordination among contractor, subcontractor, supplier and related stakeholders for on time project completion
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 33 years
∎ The applicant must have at least 07 years working experience in similar position in any reputed engineering firm/project management environment.
∎ Must have knowledge of high-rise building/factory construction.
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) and presentation skills.
∎ Professional proficient in Auto CAD (2D and 3D).
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented mindset for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure (pro-active attitude) and self-motivated to take new initiatives
Salary: Negotiable
