Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure the optimal performance, reliability, and safety of all electrical systems across the factory through regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
∎ Monitor and analyze power consumption across the production plant, implementing strategies to reduce energy usage and improve overall operational efficiency by minimizing electrical hazards.
∎ Collaborate with the Production and Quality Control teams to develop and implement standardized procedures for cleaning, calibration, tagging, and marking in alignment with compliance and audit requirements.
∎ Oversee the electrical maintenance and troubleshooting of key beverage plant machinery, including Semi-Automatic Blow Molding Machine, KBM Homogenizer, Pasteurizer, Filling, Levelling, and Wrapping Machines.
∎ Supervise maintenance and repair activities for PLC systems, VFDs, HMIs, transformers, generators, boilers, compressors, ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant), and RO (Reverse Osmosis) systems.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all maintenance activities, including Yearly Maintenance Schedules (YMS), Yearly Maintenance Reports (YMR), and Preventive Maintenance Records (PMR), to meet compliance standards.
∎ Prepare detailed technical specifications for spare parts and equipment, raise purchase requisitions, and maintain organized records of received items and related documentation.
