Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare estimation of materials according to drawing & design.
∎ Detail estimating as well as Preparation of BOQ according to drawing & design.
∎ Review the drawings received from consultant / client and attending Technical meetings with Sales/Marketing and clients.
∎ The person should be skilled and competent enough to design, develop and maintain standard administrative and engineer section port-folios and service schedule for the executives of different companies under this group and administer, guide and control the management team in attaining company's targets.
∎ Structural modeling, analysis and design of city, composite and RC structure with software and able to develop MS spread sheets for design calculations.
∎ Prepare contractors bill & checking.
∎ Dealing with clients if necessary.
∎ Experience in real state/ Developer Company will be given preference
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: AutoCAD
∎ Skills Required: 2D (Auto Cad), Auto CAD Drafting
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): AutoCAD, Estimating & billing, MS Office, MS Project *
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Real Estate/ Developer Company.
∎ Having ability to work independently
∎ For BSc Engineer At least 3-5 years practical experience as in reputed Real Estate, Group of Companies as an Estimator.
∎ For Diploma Engineer At least 6-10 years practical experience as in reputed Real Estate, Group of Companies as an Estimator.
∎ Should have physical fitness that shall be necessary for performing assignments.
