Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 14 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Various type of technical complaints received From Cell (Apt. owners & Land owners of handed over complex)
∎ Attending the Flowing up Client Complains.
∎ Meeting with Clients of different complexes regarding various issues.
∎ Attend Clients, coming to our office for different issues.
∎ Check maintenance of database of Complains & letters and upgrading them regularly.
∎ Various types Obtaining Approval of maintenance cost from management.
∎ Preparing project estimating and costing for all the item of work.
∎ Regular visit of the project in service.
∎ ERP preparation for all kinds of maintenance work.
∎ To Department all activities of handed over complex's monitoring and prepare materials required requisition.
∎ Any other activities as and when required by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
