Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Proven project management skills with the ability to lead and inspire a design team.Professional certification or licensure as an architect preferred.Innovative mindset for sustainable and future-proof solutions.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead architectural design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality and innovative design solutions.
∎ Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and aspirations, translating these into compelling design concepts.
∎ Oversee and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams including interior designers, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
∎ Prepare and present design proposals, detailed drawings, and project documentation.
∎ Conduct site visits to ensure project adherence to design specifications, timelines, and budget.
∎ Mentor and provide guidance to junior architects and design team members.
∎ Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and construction techniques to continuously elevate TM Studio's design standards.
∎ Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery.
