∎ ১। স্মার্ট, অধুমপায়ী ও মিতব্যয়ী হতে হবে।
∎ ২। পরিস্কার পরিচ্ছন্ন, হাসিখুশী ও চটপটে হতে হবে।
∎ ৩। উচ্চতা - 5’ - 6’ হতে হবে।

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ দায়ীত্ব সমুহঃ
∎ ১। অফিসের সকল ফার্নিচার দৈনন্দিন পরিস্কার করা, নথিপত্র ফটোকপি ও রক্ষনাবেক্ষন করা।
∎ ২। অফিসের সার্বিক নিরাপত্তা ও সুরক্ষার ব্যবস্থায় মনোযোগী হওয়া।
∎ ৩। সকল ফাইল, ডকুমেন্ট ও অন্যান্য সামগ্রী নির্দিষ্ট স্থানে দেওয়া ও রাখা।
∎ ৪। অফিসের মালিক ও কর্মকর্তাদের চা/কফি/খাবার যত্ন সহকারে পরিবেশন ও সর্বদা পরিকস্কার রাখা।
∎ ৫। প্রয়োজনে মিটিং রুম প্রস্তুত ও কোন গেষ্ট অসলে তাদের পুর্ন আপ্যায়ন করা।
∎ ৬। অফিস ডকুমেন্ট কুরিয়ার করা ও বিভিন্ন (ষ্টেশনারী/চা/কফি/অন্যান্য) জিনিস ক্রয় করতঃ হিসাব বুঝিয়ে দেওয়া।
∎ ৭। উর্ধ্বতেন কর্মকর্তাদর সকল কাজ সম্পাদন করার মানষিকতা থাকতে হবে।
