∎ Ability to work effectively with a team of medical professionals.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Roster duty, Weekly 48 hours
∎ It is important to know the condition of the admitted patient well and round the admitted patient every day.
∎ Ability to work effectively with a team of medical professionals.
∎ Patient Care Providing direct medical care to inpatients and outpatients.
∎ Monitoring and Assessment Regularly monitoring patient progress, vital signs, and overall health.
∎ Medical Procedures Assisting in medical procedures, performing routine examinations, and interpreting test results.
∎ Responding promptly to medical emergencies and providing immediate care (IPD & OPD).
∎ Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including consultants, nurses, and specialists.
∎ Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records.
∎ To better understand patients and their families about their medical condition and treatment plan.
∎ Providing on-call coverage and responding to emergencies during their shift.
