Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Report direct superior for the work plan and schedule.
∎ Investigate and repair electrical, mechanical & Robotic automation breakdown in machine, equipment and facilities.
∎ Set up Robotics material handling as per work plan of injection mould preparation.
∎ Do the preventive maintenance according to electro mechanical work priorities, schedules and check list.
∎ Check & monitor all electro mechanical, robotic automation spare parts inventory and inform superior for ordering preparation.
∎ Complete paperwork and reports accurately on time and keep documents record properly.
∎ Leadership take in charge if direct Supervisor in vacation or did not report to work.
∎ Follow safety work, rules and policy.
∎ General Duties
∎ Ensure that electro mechanical & robotic automation breakdowns are repaired efficiently and safely.
∎ Maintain the machine, electro mechanical equipment, robotic material handling and tools are clean, organized and safe manner at all times.
∎ Ensure any stored parts are properly labelled and kept in the correct location.
∎ Be available to attend emergencies outside normal working hours.
∎ Work effectively with the multi-task workforce.
∎ Carry out similar or related works as directed by his direct superior.
∎ Follow the company rules and policy and good appearance.
∎ Observance of safety and cleanliness in his work.
∎ Attendance Punctuality and reporting to superior
∎ Ability to work as part of a team, under pressure, multitask and communicate effectively at all levels.

∎ Knowledge in Robotics automation material handling at injection machine plastic mfg industries.
∎ Knowledge to read electrical, mechanical & automation diagram and to use tools and equipment.
∎ Knowledge to repair electrical, mechanical and robotic material handling.
∎ Knowledge in electrical work (Circuit Diagram,Motor,Servo,VFD,Control Panel,PLC &HMI)
∎ Knowledge in Plastic material handling machine, mixer, suction blower, conveyor and Robotic machine.
∎ Knowledge in Robot programing basic/intermediate for touch up related to material handling
∎ Computer Literate (Windows, PLC, HMI & SCADA) and know how to make technical report
∎ Knowledge in leadership and supervision
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
