∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Group of Companies, Real Estate

Job Context:
∎ Applications are invited for the post of Electrician (Construction Operation) having experience in Real Estate or similar industry.
∎ Electrical license A/B/C is Preferable.
∎ 05 - 07 years of work experience from reputed Real Estate / Developer Company.
∎ Professional, mentally and physically sound conditions are required to apply for that post.
∎ Applicants must fulfill the selection criteria.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, schematics and electrical code specifications to determine layout of electrical equipment installations;
∎ Install, examine, replace or repair electrical wiring, receptacles, switch boxes, conduits, feeders, lighting fixtures and other electrical components;
∎ Test electrical equipment and components for continuity, current, voltage and resistance;
∎ Connect wiring in electrical circuits and networks ensuring compatibility of components.
∎ Installs, repairs, and maintains motors, transformers, generators, lights, appliances, circuits, wiring, and other electrical system equipment and components in compliance with electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
∎ Operates a variety of electrical testing equipment in locating and determining types of electrical malfunctions.
∎ Studies plans, drawings, specifications, and work orders to determine work requirement and sequence of repairs and/or installations.
∎ Repairs and maintains high voltage systems.
∎ To follow instructions provided by the Electrical Manager/ Management accordingly and promptly.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ He should have very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
∎ Must be hard working with fervent attitude.
